When Em, Founder of 1-800-PeopleOps, decided to create her own people operations agency, she knew she wanted a brand that was the perfect balance between playful & professional. Over one quarter, I partnered with her to bring this new brand to life.
I’ve known & respected Em Kintner for years, and so when I received a random email from her about building a new PeopleOps agency, I was thrilled.
Em was looking to build something from the ground up: a fractional people operations and talent strategy agency that empowered start-ups & scale-ups with top-tier ops services without the downsides of full-time, in-house resources. She had the name – 1-800-PeopleOps – and knew she wanted to lean into the “1800” 80s/90s vibe a bit, but also knew she didn’t want something cheesy or dated. I was proud to lead the full brand process from strategy through design & brand launch.
“Working with Brennan has been an absolute delight on a number of different fronts. For one, Brennan is such a talented designer; he was able bring the brand and concept to life, skillfully getting the ideas out of my brain and onto 'paper'. Having known Brennan's work for years, when it came time to start my own business I knew that his combination of crisp professionalism and modern eye was exactly what I was looking for. In addition, as a budding consultant myself, Brennan set the tone for timeline, expectations and project management perfectly - I now know what good looks like as it pertains to a consultant / client relationship.”

Huge thanks to Em Kintner for trusting me to bring her brand & website to life.
Denver Headshot Company had a familiar problem: an exceptional service, but a forgettable brand identity. I partnered with CEO/Founder Jackie to build a professional identity reflecting the brand’s true essence.
Thanx had a brand without an identity. Initially founded as a company tailored towards working with small businesses, Thanx needed a brand that reflected their evolution into an enterprise business that attracted enterprise customers. As Brand Design Director, I led the ID refresh, from review, strategy, and creative direction, to design, implementation, and iteration.
